DST Property Management; a Full Service Real Estate Maintenance
& Management Solution. Since establishment in 2005, the
corporation has championed a number of real estate acquisitions
ranging from single family homes to multi-use commercial
property within the states of Illinois & Iowa. The properties
are remodeled / renovated prior to being leased. DST offer a
turn key real estate experience that starts by identifying
prospective acquisitions, then inspecting them in effort to
access the value and needs thereof. Once approved, the
acquisition and planning committee acquires the real estate
prior to the construction divisions preparation of the property
to be managed. Client services are customized due to the fact
that properties differ in needs. Assessments are evaluated to
determine the needs thereof.
